This is a 4 hour skillshare where we will each butcher a rabbit and tan the hide. Starting with rabbit, you will learn the steps of processing any mammal, roadkill ethics and tanning basics. You will go home with all the meat you process, as well as the rabbits hide ready to be fat tanned.

Please arrive on time as we have loads to cover and will be starting promptly at 10 am. Please bring a sharp knife and a packed lunch.
