This is a full day class where we will cover all aspects of wool processing, from shearing the sheep to spinning yarn! You will learn basics of shearing, sorting raw fleece, carding/combing and spinning the wool on both a drop spindle and a spinning wheel. You’ll go home with your own freshly spun wool to dye, weave and/or knit with!

This class is suitable for complete beginners, folks who want to shake the rust off their own practice, knitters/weavers curious about making their own yard, shepherds curious about using their wool.. all are welcome!

Please arrive to on time as we have loads to cover and will be starting promptly at 10 am. Please bring a packed lunch and warm clothes.
